I had a very average experience with Instituto Brasileiro de Vendas Diretas. The website edmundoroveri.com.br was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better communication from a company in this industry.
