I recently had the opportunity to try Old Elk Distillery's spirits, and I was blown away. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship that goes into every bottle is exceptional. Their bourbon is smooth and velvety, with hints of caramel and oak. The rye whiskey has a nice spice to it that adds another layer of complexity. Old Elk Distillery is a true standout in the industry.
