I have been using Aircom for a while now and I must say, their service is average. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is fairly straightforward. However, there have been a few instances where my flights were delayed without any prior notice. Overall, I would rate Aircom as an average airline.
