I was slightly disappointed with my recent purchas...

I was slightly disappointed with my recent purchase from contourdesign.com. The product itself is of reasonable quality, but I expected more given the reputation of Contour Design, Inc. The customer service was decent, but there were some delays in getting my questions answered. However, they did eventually resolve my issues. I hope they can improve their products and customer service in the future.
