I recently came across this company's website while searching for recovery services. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, with all the necessary information available. However, the lack of clear pricing packages or options was a downside for me. It would have been helpful to have a breakdown of the services they offer and the corresponding costs. The customer support was satisfactory, though not outstanding. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner but didn't go above and beyond to address my specific needs. The recovery process itself was average, as they did manage to retrieve some of my lost data, but not all. It would have been helpful if they had provided a more detailed explanation of why they couldn't retrieve certain files. Overall, Realise Recover provided an average service, but there is certainly room for improvement.
