TERRIBLE service, felt sorry for the staff. Beautiful fabrics BUT the owner lady was awful, shouting at customers and myself whilst i was in the changing room "my items are expensive don't try it on" but her staff offered and took the item off the hanger for me so I was very confused and offended. She came across as a control freak, shouting from the front of the store. TIP: You'll lose customers unless you take a customer service and team management course lady! I won't be returning
