I recently tried out the financial services at scu.org and found the online banking experience to be quite user-friendly. The website navigation was smooth, and I was able to carry out my transactions easily. However, I did encounter some delays in response to customer service inquiries, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I'd say the company provides satisfactory service, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer support. The competitive interest rates and variety of account options are definite pluses, but timely communication with customers should be a priority. 😊
