I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from this company. While the process of ordering and receiving the product was smooth, I was slightly disappointed with the laptop's condition. It had a few more scratches and dings than I expected, given the company's claims of thorough refurbishment. The performance, however, has been satisfactory so far. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices seem fair for the products offered. Customer service was responsive when I reached out with my concerns. Overall, my experience was average. I would consider giving this company another chance in the future, but I hope that the quality of the products improves.
