Customer service folks were very personable and good to deal with.
Unfortunately there was a little communication breakdown as to exactly what I wanted and what I was getting. As I live overseas most of the time it wasn t possible for me to physically view the car prior to purchasing. This is where the communication breakdown occurred.

Upon realizing that I didn t get exactly what I wanted I reached out to the dealer. The staff responded straight away which I give them full marks for.

Unfortunately due to my issue not being mechanical in nature my desire to return the vehicle was denied. It was deemed fit for purpose.
Not happy with that as I had the car less than 2 weeks.

So I say make sure you do your full due diligence and be prepared to be stuck with your purchase if you are not happy with it and your dissatisfaction is not mechanical in nature.
