This might be my last visit to JJ Enfield, a regular visitor throughout the pandemic. At first it was fine but the last few visits inc today has been disappointing.
I went to collect my order and was told that one of the items were not available, the warehouse operative wanted to help and look but when he went to the team leader for advise, the team leader without checking was adiment that this one item was not available and came over to me and turned pointed and the offices upstairs and said it was their fault and they could not do their job correctly.
I moved away and went to customer service desk and asked if they had any duck available (the product that was missing) and the lady behind the counter confirmed they did. I asked her to double check and again she did and confirmed they did have duck in stock.
I paid for the duck again and went back to the collection point, handed over my collection receipt and the lady turned round and said sorry out of stock again without checking, amazed at what is happening I said to the lady to go speak to a manager as I have just paid for this order. 10 / 15 minutes later it was found that they original was in stock altogether and because they could not be bothered to check they tried to palm me off.
Please check all your orders carefully and always go to customer services if any issues or email the business.

In this case unfortunately it was the same team leader in both circumstances.

JJ need to look at retraining as some people will not notice and others are too busy to complain

A update from Yagmur Bomboz a true credit to JJ foods, she listened and digested my complaint and offered a solution. Definitely 5 service from her.
