I have been a customer of City of Wilmington, DE for several years now, and I must say that their services are consistently average. There is nothing extraordinary about their performance, but they get the job done. The customer service representatives are helpful, although sometimes a bit slow to respond. Overall, I would say that the City of Wilmington, DE is a decent company.
