As a customer, I recently engaged with a geosteering company for an ongoing project through their website. The overall experience was average. However, I felt that the level of personalization in their communication could have been better. Additionally, the pricing structure was not clear from the website, which could be a drawback for potential clients seeking transparent information upfront. Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but there is definite room for improvement in areas such as website design and communication for future interactions.
