This place is the worst thing I have ever signed up for. I called in regards to my account and they got mad because i wanted to close it and they put me on hold numerous amounts of times . I was talking and all of a sudden i heard the background music that placed me on hold. They didnt tell me i was going to be placed on hold. Someone switched me over to abother person without tellingme. This is a hprrible company nothing gets done. Nothing has changed on my account and i got charged over 130. I am still on hold it has been 2 hours and they are not trying to work with me.
