I had a wonderful experience studying engineering at UMBC. The Chemical Biochemical & Environmental Engineering department provided an excellent academic foundation and offered various resources for career development. The faculty members were highly qualified and always encouraged critical thinking. One aspect that could be improved is the inclusion of more practical projects in the curriculum. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this department for aspiring engineers.
