First night s impression...food at the gourmet restaurant was very good but staff are not well trained. They seem to be entirely observed with clearing dishes rather than pouring wine. The fact that we had to pour our own wine twice throughout the dinner is simply wrong. I have been to many Relajs Chateau hotels, but our first night here is not scoring any mark at all. I believe the accurate word to describe is inadequate .
