The woodknoll is not worst the time and energy. I have had at least 5 major issues from ceiling leaking water, rain coming in from under the door, electricity going out in half the apartment, ac issues, mysterious flood that maintenance doesn t know where it s coming from with water being left to continue to flood my apartment until morning. I could keep going but I think you get the point.
