This review is not specifically about the sales rep that i dealt with. It is the overall experience at Audi. From the moment i came inside, all the customer interactions i had was cold and indifferent at best. Process of checking in and checking out were not efficient, which i was surprised. My car services at Toyota, Jeep and BMW have been so much more efficient so was surprised. No phone calls for updates, very slow turnaround for a very simple issue that lasted more than one full day , not available loaner cars etc... I am sure the quality of the service done was good, but i am not sure about what i will do next time i will need a service .
