I had an average experience with Blaser Trading AG. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall service was just okay. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the delivery took longer than expected and there were a few items missing from my order. It was quite disappointing, but not a complete disaster. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
