Ricky was amazing! I called this place as I was walking Out of the Apple Store down the road where they told me my Mac was totaled, & that there was no way they could get any files off it. They told me to go home & pull out my hard drive myself, in preparation for getting the new computer which they said would be necessary. Ricky Told me over the phone before I even showed up with my computer that he could get me the EXTREMELY important and time sensitive document off my computer that Apple said they could not retrieve. Within minutes, he had pulled up my hard drive on the store s computer, and we had the document I needed and many others on a flash drive which is now safely in my pocket.He cleaned out my phone s port at no charge, cleaned out another guy s phone when he came in as I was standing there for no charge, And explained everything. I will be coming to these guys instead of Apple first with future computer questions In the future. Thank God the culture of repairing expensive equipment Has not died completely. He tried a quick in-store clean out of the interior of the MacBookJust in case My issue could be resolved simply, and when I did not work, I felt totally comfortable leaving my computer in his competent hands. They have a really fair policy of an affordable diagnostic fee for the tests they well run to identify my computers problem, and this fee will be waived if there is a fixable solution.

When I told him about a completely unrelated incident in which I had been hacked, with a few strokes of the keyboard he pulled up my email and was able to tell me the five websites where my email was registered that had been Hacked over the years and exactly when they were hacked. He gave me a print outOf these websites.

This Was personalized, expert, reliable service that yielded instant results, and simply blew every experience I have had with the Apple Store out of the water.
