I recently used a real estate company's services to find a new apartment. The experience was satisfactory overall but could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, there were some delays in communication with the customer service team. Despite that, I was able to find a suitable property through them. In future, I may consider exploring other options as well.
