Have been with Blue Dot for 20+ years and the serv...

Have been with Blue Dot for 20+ years and the service level has dropped to 1* level. Called me 2 different times today to say they were coming and never showed. When I asked the CSR at Blue Dot why - she laughed and said who knows. Customer Service has been like this for the past year. Go to BGE Home, avoid these guys. Paul Hamilton
