Every single time I call they are always rude , and I actually worked for them twice , all I ever wanted to be was Cal Com, this is where I found my passion to work in Solar, I know how to do stuff that only certified journeyman learn but people in this company have there head way to high where the sun don't shine , that's not right , being 2 face is not right , be kind and helpful to everyone, all I ever cared about was showing how nice and neat I left things as if I was working for my own business , if I would be offerd another Job with Cal Com I would take it , but as for certain individuals that Cal Com has need to shape up and stop screwing with the company or the company will fall , just because you make more money or drive a company truck doesn't make you better but shows that this Company is really Awesome to work for less temps and more hires , grow the company , allow opportunities for those that deserve it , don't just lay them off just because you feel like you don't need them anymore I really disliked that about the company also that definitely needs to change
