This is the worst home loan company that I have ever had a loan through, they send out late notices, when in fact they are the ones that lost the payment inside their own system due to ach verses check payment mismanagement. Then you spend hours on the phone attempting to get through to someone that can help and when you do finally get through to a live body they put you back on hold for 20 minutes while you wait for the next transfer. This company is grossly mismanaged, save yourself much grief and don't ever use this company for your home lone!
