I have been a customer at Captrust Financial for several years now and I must say that their services are average. Although they provide basic financial solutions, I feel that they lack innovation and are slow to adapt to changes in the industry. The customer service is decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate them as an average financial company.
