We love birds anyway so this was a lot of fun. These wonderful people rescue and care for these birds and use the opportunity to learn more about them and educate others. Great place for kids to see these beautiful birds where otherwise it would not be possible. There is a cute little gift shop where we found some cute little animals inside too.
The Sanctuary also hosts many events throughout the season such as, bird demos, educational events etc, and some sell out early.
