So this date night thing happened on the weekend, Friday night to be precise. We arrived at the reserved time, were seated immediately and given menus and told about the specials. We ordered a bottle of wine and ordered, one prime rib special which included an appetizer of seafood quesadillas, which were delicious, the main course at medium rare served with Yorkshire pudding and vegetable and bumble berry pie with ice cream for dessert.
The second meal was the fish special of haddock with risotto and vegetables, also quite delicious. We finished the experience off with a pair of cappuccinos.
The evening was very pleasant from start to finish, the service was exceptional, the location is a bit out of the way but, this adds to the experience in my opinion, expect to pay a little more, we were approx $180, taxes and 20% tip included.
