The fact that they make housecalls is FANTASTIC! My experience is that it's been VERY hard to speak to a real person when I've called, and their response rate has been slow. Communication needs improvement as well, and it seems there isn't a process in place to share visit results. They are updating their patient portal so here's hoping! :-)
