I recently booked a holiday package through Gofro.com and I must say the experience was average at best. The website is user-friendly and it was easy to navigate through the different options. However, the actual booking process was quite lengthy and it took me some time to complete the transaction. The customer support was also not very responsive and I had to wait for quite some time to get a reply. Overall, it was an average experience with Gofro.com.
