Where do I begin. I started out loving my site where I work. I worked for one house queens. The agency as a whole is a crook. You never get paid for the exact hours you work. The agency hires people who aren t fully capable to do there job. At my site my manager at the time didn t seem to be a great fit for the site. There is always an investigation but nothing is really worked on. The sad thing is they don t understand how policy and procedure affects each residence. The Russian lady from compliance is the worst person to have encountered. She is degrading and out right rude. People don t care here they need bodies to fill up the position. This agency needs a serious make over. When I was working here there seemed to be a lot of people jumping ship because of the culture of this place. To much allegations of mistreatment and conduct. Take a look at the people you hire. I can list everything wrong with this agency however the sad thing is they don t even see it themselves or if they see it they chose to turn a blind eye to it. The problem will still remain the same until they change within. So let s see how long that will happen.
