Some time ago I had an internship at this employment agency. I was not properly trained, every time I had to ask them if they can or want to train me. When I was trained she dropped out because they had to answer the phone, the telephone lines were red and glowing red all day !! And I also noticed it was very messy. Many customers called back several times because they were not called back by employees.
