I have been a customer of Kolay gelsin for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The delivery time is decent but there have been a few occasions when my order was delayed without any notice. The quality of the products is good but they often run out of stock for popular items, which can be disappointing. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
