I joined NOIAW a few years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. As an Italian American woman, it has been extremely empowering to connect with others who share the same heritage and experiences. NOIAW provides a supportive and inclusive community, and the events and programs they organize are top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to make sure members feel valued.
