I had a panic attack on 1.8.19. OLOL and the Ambulance service were both HORRIBLE. EMS men were horrible, rude, asked the question very sarcastically. Went into the ER area, They left me in a wheelchair for 5-10 mins in the middle of a room, then pushed me into a corner of another area and waited there for 15-20 mins. Finally, got a bed - was provided with NO information during my wait, but the STAFF were talking to each other about their work problems: people calling out ect. After 2.5 hours, a Male nurse came in said I was ready to go, gave me discharge paperwork (it listed the test, not the outcome) & said I was good to go. NO information provided for any of the test my insurance will pay for, why? The entire experience was horrible. All of the staff from 1.8.19 needs to be retrained on basic social skills & patient care. I am a social worker (MSW) with full medical insurance & reside VERY close to this hospital, but I will definitely have my husband drive me away from OLOL. Again, it's full of HORRIBLE staff.
