I had a very average experience with Institute for Organizational Mindfulness (IOM). The website iomindfulness.org looked professional, but the content was lacking depth. The courses offered were too basic and didn't meet my expectations. The instructors were knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm and charisma. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend IOM.
