I had a mixed experience with Global Molecular Labs (GML). The job application process was smooth and the interviewers were professional. However, once I joined the company, I realized that the work culture was not as supportive as I had expected. There was a lack of transparency in decision-making and a lot of office politics. The workload was also extremely high and sometimes it felt like there was no work-life balance. On the positive side, the company had some interesting projects and the salary was competitive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
