I had a mixed experience with Freehand. The initial consultation was informative and the surgeon seemed capable. However, the actual surgery didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. There were some complications during the procedure, and the recovery process was longer than expected. Although the staff was supportive, it was overall a stressful experience.
