I have been a customer of Rivercity Communications, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their internet and phone services is satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. The customer support is responsive and helpful most of the time, although there have been a few instances where they were not able to resolve my issue promptly. Overall, I would rate Rivercity Communications as an average company.
