I'll start off by saying this is the third jellystone park campground my family and I have stayed at. This one we didnt enjoy as much as the others. My husband refused to swim after the first day when we got in and he saw alot of spit floating around and i saw a used bandage. Im sure the pools are cleaned every day as they should be but it was disgusting We didnt swim after that. Our kids did enjoy the water slides although the wait was unbelievable. They got to slide 3 times within a hour. Hardly worth the wait. The pool area was so overcrowded. If u didn't get there first thing there would be no chairs. The cabins are extremely close to each other and u can hear your neighbors whole conversation from inside your cabin. Our blinds weren't the correct size and you could see from the outside which i didn't like. I understand there's not much room for privacy at a place like this but put up curtains if youre not gonna have blinds that fit at least in the bathroom. We also had ants from day one before we even brought food in or anything. My husband suggested we get some ant spray at the local walmart but i refused. I wasn't spending money on something the camp should buy or take care of. I didn't voice my complaint because i assumed nothing would be done. As much as we pay to stay there there should be better upkeep. I have seen other reviews of bugs /bed bugs, flies and such. I get we are in the nature/camping but we're in cabins not tents. The employees were all fairly nice. And the activites/crafts were great for kids and reasonably priced. Our stay wasn't all bad but we definitely will not come back to this campground.
