Multigrass pty ltd is an okay company, but I expected better. The website multigrass.com.au is decent, but it could use some improvements in terms of user experience. The selection of products is good, but the prices are a bit high compared to other similar companies. Customer service was responsive, although I did encounter some delays in getting my questions answered. Overall, an average experience.
