Where do I start about reviewing this establishmen...

Where do I start about reviewing this establishment other than come straight out and say AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Honestly hard to fathom that an establishment like this is operating in the middle of Sydneys dining and licensed precinct.

Bar staff are rude. Full stop!! Waiters/waitresses are not much better, even the ones with very little English language.

The food we ordered was absolutely disgusting, chicken schnitzel for $22 arrived partially cooked with red meat and veins visible and cold on the inside. Politely mentioned it to a waitress when she collected the partially eaten meal so she could advise kitchen staff where she returned a short time later with the plate still in her hand where she attempted to explain to me and my guests that she had been informed by kitchen staff that this is how it is cooked. Really I replied? The chef is attempting to confirm that uncooked chicken
Is ok to eat. Again I politely advised the waitress that we were not impressed at all and if she could please take the plate away. Other patrons sitting close by commented on how disgusting that was that they even tried to justify the meals.
Short time later same waitress returned this time with an apology and we were offered two free drinks.
Seriously management. You have some serious issues which need addressing.
