I've been a customer for about 5 years. Generally the service started out good and had to call a few times. Response was good and issues were resolved.
The service has since gone downhill. They've upgraded their mobile app and website. It looks all modern but its really slow and not responsive.
Market orders are also taking longer to fill. I am not sure if this is an app issue or an order issue. I placed a market order at 10am and it has yet to fill. A market order on a stock with 1M of volume, did not fill _all_ day.
I was on hold for 2 hours and got disconnected.
Their entire system gets wrecked by slight volatility and they have no support staff. All you get is a generic disclaimer that there is increased market volatility and orders are subject to review. It's been like this for weeks (regardless of actual market volatility).
Go with questrade or IKBR or something else.
