I had an average experience with Alexion Antibody Technologies, INC. The company provides decent services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the overall customer support could be more responsive and efficient. I would suggest that the company invest in improving their communication channels with customers. Overall, it was an okay experience.
