I have been living in an apartment managed by Minto Apartment REIT and I must say it has been a great experience so far. The location is convenient, and the apartment is in good condition. The only issue I have faced is with the parking availability, but overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Minto. I would definitely recommend it to others.
