Agree with previous poster. This company is THE WORST. Cannot get a return phone call ffrom anyone assigned to our account. I think the account rep Joseph and his boss Kevin are collecting a paycheck and not doing any work. Shopping around for a new company that actually cares about their customer's needs. I hope no one gets stuck in our elevator while we are shopping around!!
