I had a rather mixed experience with Kaw Engineering. While the quality of their products is good, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I had difficulty reaching them for assistance with an order I had placed, as their response time was quite slow. However, once I finally got through to them, they were apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. Overall, I think Kaw Engineering has potential, but they need to improve their customer service.
