Bjs Wholesale Club renewed my 84 year old Fathers ...

Bjs Wholesale Club renewed my 84 year old Fathers membership account without his permission. He s a disabled vet, he no longer drives and did NOT want his membership. We called at least 5 times to cancel. We received 5 confirmation numbers that it was handled. He was sent continual letters, harassing my Father and each time the amount due grew with late fees. Finally, his account was sold to a collection agency. The amount due was over $300. In order to resolve the issue, we finally paid the bill so we no longer had to hear from this lousy Company. I have NEVER in my life seen such incompetence!!! Shame on you BJs for harassing an 84 year old, disabled veteran!!
