I have been a customer of MatrixGame for a while now, and I can say that their service is average. It's not exceptional, but it's also not terrible. I appreciate that they always deliver the products on time and their website is easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support. They were not very helpful when I had a problem with one of my orders. Overall, I would rate MatrixGame as an average company.
