The hiring process is wonderful. They are very respectful and kind. Then they give you orientation. They are still warm and welcoming going over some basic information regarding food production requirements. Once you work your first day you soon realize the orientation was useless and did not cover anything relevant to your job. Within my first work day I was kept dumping flats weighing upwards of 20kg repetitively, non stop. I was briefed that every 2 hours their would be switches to lighter jobs. Nothing of the sort ever took place. Clearly they do not care about their employee well being. I left the job promptly and was called back the next year to work regardless.
