Just a scandal! Registration file submitted early ...

Just a scandal! Registration file submitted early March for a delivery in early September. My wife received this morning the call of a person from the Maternity service informing her by taking it from above that now the maternities of the 95 are sectorized .... and therefore that are file is refused!
We have to contact the maternity of our sector (which incidentally is complete ...), which indicated to us that it is false !!! That says a lot about the professionalism of the staff at this maternity ward! Balance, 3 months from the term, nowhere to give birth .... Public service my c ******* !!!
