I have had issues with my JW Speaker lights random...

I have had issues with my JW Speaker lights randomly going out since I got them. I would go back to the place I got them, they would check them out and of course they would be working. It would happen again and I d go back and of course they would be working. Finally one time I go up there one of them was not working, so they did a fix and it worked for a while and then it started happening again. Well, to say I was upset because these are supposed to be premium headlights was an understatement. I contacted @jwspeaker via email and explained what s been happening and to be honest how upset I was. Within about 2 hrs of sending that message I got a response and they told me they wanted to send me a new set of headlights. No asking a million questions, no pics or diagnostic test, no nothing. They said just give me your address and we will send you a new set. 5 days after contacting them I got a brand new pair of headlights delivered and installed. They stood behind their product and was nothing less than amazing with their customer service. Thank you @jwspeaker for getting me fixed up!!
